Moulin à vent

Purple color, with some garnet reflections. The discretion of the first moments gives way to a great depth, opening on notes of sour cherries, cherry pit, black fruit liqueur, dried flowers.

A lot of elegance and purity that continues in the mouth, where we also find all the power of the material that is expressed, around tannins gently extracted and softened by aging.

Notes of sour cherries and chocolate complete this complex aromatic palette. A wine of high personality which expresses the terroir wonderfully.

Preferably decant, can be kept in the cellar between 3 and 5 years.
